Broker Remarks

This Maurice Griffiths designed Barbican 33 for sale with Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth is a heavy displacement, long keel cruiser. With her shallow draft the Barbican 33 allows cruising in shoal waters or coastal hopping with fantastic performance, she has the added bonus of a steel centreboard which increases the draft to 8 feet and offers even better windward performance.
The Thornycroft 28hp diesel engine gives plenty of power, so she motors at good speeds, the engine had a complete overhaul in 2011 by a professional marine mechanic and is in excellent condition.
This Barbican 33 is equipped and ready to sail, she has a cavernous feel below deck and has fantastic stowage throughout. The Barbican 33 offers has traditional accommodation that is in good order, she presents very well and is extremely good value, she has been maintained to a very high standard by her current and previous owner, she is currently only in her second ownership from new!
