Broker Remarks

This Broom Ocean 38 is a superb example and in excellent condition. It has twin Volvo Penta TAMD 41P 200hp engines that are incredibly economical; at their slowest in gear speed, they comply with harbour, river and canal maximum speed limits. There was a serious inspection/strip down and in-depth service during the winter of 2016; this was carried out purely as the owner is fastidious about maintaining the engines and felt it was the correct thing to do to ensure they continue to give peak performance for a further 20 years.

The past and present owner has implemented serious maintenance and upgrade schedules, including; natural teak laid decks and the cockpit area. She also benefits from having Ocean Air Blinds fitted. This Broom 38 also benefits from an upgraded navigation suite, a class B, AIS transponder new 2019. The owner has also installed a 4Kva diesel generator for independent living at anchorages.

This Ocean Broom 38 is a fantastic motorboat that offers a complete package; it would be a shame for anybody searching for a boat like this to miss out on her; the condition is very good.

The Broom 38 is ready to step onboard and cruise away, bedding cutlery, crockery, pots and pans etc.; all that's needed is to complete the paperwork, bring some fresh food, drink and enjoy this special boat.
Genuine reason for the boat's sale is that the vendor and family after only owning her  are retiring from boating due to health reasons.
