This Broom 35 Sedan Flybridge model is a lovely example and a credit to her owner. Clean hull and capable of cruising in the UK or abroad. Galley:(port side) fitted L shaped worktop with sink/drainer & mixer tap, hot water heated by gas boiler incorporating gas oven and grill with drawer under, 2 ring hob, microwave, 3-way fridge, food cupboard, gas instant water heater, large storage cupboard for cups/plates/utensils. Heads (port side) with marine toilet, one-piece moulded sink & taps, shower, ample shelving, storage. Saloon: hi-quality interior spec using teak. Large, upholstered L shaped seating, settee pulls out into large double berth, TV, recessed bookshelf with chart drawer/table above. Heated throughout via a Webasto diesel system. Mechanical and Rigging
Located midships 2 x Perkins T6543B 145hp 6-cylinder turbo diesel engines (hours approximately 1300 as of September 2021) last serviced by the owner 2021, turbos renewed 2018. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Engines serviced annually Twin Morse lever controls with electric start. Shaft drive to 3 bladed bronze props. 2 x 400 litre diesel fuel tanks stainless steel. This Broom 35 Sedan was built in 1978. The hull, deck, and superstructure and Flybridge are moulded in white GRP with blue hull stripes, stainless steel rails, stanchions, and guard wires. Self-draining aft cockpit. Stainless steel and teak bathing platform. Flybridge with seating and helm position. Radar arch for antennas and navigation lights. Large aft cockpit with full cover, large amounts of stowage in lockers and under floor.
