A lovely Bavaria 34 Yacht built in the year 2000 lying in Barcelona Sapin. She had three owners from new and always sailed in Spanish waters. She is on a Spanish Flag and all documents are in order. The layout is three double cabins with one head. Generally, she looks in good condition and the owner confirmed that everything on the Yacht is included in the price although he didn't have time to document every single item. Everything that is on the boat is including in the selling price.
Last time out of the water and engine service but due to covid and a lack of use this was two years ago. We recommend viewing and are happy to take additional photos if the ones provided are not sufficient.

This Volvo Penta engine has a freshwater cooling system. Seawater is drawn up and passed through a heat exchanger and so cooling the engine. This is an upgrade to the RAW Water cooling system where seawater directly cools the engine. The problem being with Raw water. It contains particles of sand that eventually fill the engine. The result is an engine overheat. Also, a known problem with Raw Water cooling is the engine corrodes from inside to out, again reducing an engine's life.
Fresh water cooled engines have an unlimited life span provided that they are serviced correctly. The freshwater engines also run a little hotter than raw water systems. Therefore, they are a little more fuel-efficient and can cope with heating the hot water system in a boat.
