Accommodation
The accommodations offer six berths in three cabins, with optional sleeping available in the cockpit. Off-set double berth forward with stowage under. Dinette to starboard, with stowage under and table converting to a double berth. Heads compartment to starboard with Jabsco sea toilet with holding tank. Vanity unit with hot and cold pull-out shower. Storage cupboards. Galley to port with a single burner electric/ alcohol hob. Sink with hot and cold water. Worktop with refrigerator & stowage under, overhead storage cupboards. Large double berth aft under the cockpit with storage compartments. Large opening widow to cockpit. Two opening hatches, four portlights. Full cabin lighting. Two hanging lockers. On board heating, steps up to cockpit with helm position to starboard with full engine controls & instrumentation. L shaped aft cockpit seating. Stainless steel door to bathing platform, with hot and cold shower and boarding ladder. Cockpit storage lockers.
Mechanical and Rigging
The vessel has recently been surveyed and the findings of the survey were as follows:
• The steering has sized and to get to the areas where it has sized requires the engine to be removed.
• The ball vales need to be replaced.
• The fuel filter hose needs to be changed
• The hydraulic ram hose requires changing, along with the hydraulic hoses. The outdrive unit will require removing from the vessel, pressure testing to ensure that no further holes have been formed due to the pitting and corrosion, bellow and standard service items will also require addressing.
• Both propellers should be removed and the internal bushes of the propeller hubs checked.
The vessel has not been used for the past four years. She was last out of the water in 2015 when the legs and engine were serviced. The vessel is currently out of the water. The owner has indicated that he would be prepared to accept an unconditional offer close to the asking price for a quick sale.

2 x 12-volt batteries charging from the engine alternators, Shore power connection with 240-volt ring main, battery charger and immersion heater.
