Broker Remarks
The Cox Swin Ranger 22 is a well-known boat for its size, ability, and robustness. As soon as you approach 'Key' you can see she has been built well, albeit needing a small amount of TLC to bring her back up to scratch.
Onboard, she has a generous sized rear cockpit, from where you can sail and steer. The cabin is a very good size, with full standing headroom. Forward Berth, Galley and Heads.
The Yanmar diesel engine has recently undergone some refurbishment work and is running well.
A good, solid boat, lots for the money and a with a little love and attention she will make a fine cruising boat.
Sails are all in good order, with spares.

Yanmar engine is in good running order. She has recently received a new head gasket and fuel pump. Can be seen running while ashore.
Sails are in good shape, with spares included. Roller Genoa. Standing rigging appears to be in good condition, however, the age is unknown.
Sail covers cover the main sail, and dodger is fitted for the rear cockpit.
