Network Yacht Brokers of Lymington has just listed a very good example of the ever popular Sadler 29 bilge keel cruising yacht. 'Star' has just had her topsides painted and looks like new. In 2012 she had a new Sailtainer in boom main reefing system installed ,which is widely considered the best main furling system available. Her interior wood joinery is in very good condition as is her upholstery. This Sadler 29 bilge keeler has a Yanmar 17 hp engine which is serviced regularly.
Her sails are all in good condition and she comes with a Spinnaker and pole.
The Sadler 29 was the most popular of all the Sadler models with over 340 built over a 12 year period. They have a reputation as capable cruisers with a sea kindly motion. The Sadler 29 has the same foam filled interior moulding that the Sadler 26 and 32 have making her unsinkable and well insulated.
Accommodation
The Sadler 29 sleeps 6. The forward cabin has a twin v berth which fills in to make a double. In the saloon one berth converts to a double and the starboard seat serves as a single. There is a quarter berth to starboard. The heads has a sea toilet ,sink and vanity unit,
