Hallberg-Rassy 94 Kutter for sale. The Hallberg-Rassy 94 Kutter is a charming motor sailer and Cally represented this new class at the 1980 London Boat Show. Since then she has been lovingly cared for and embodies all the strength and security you would expect to find in these classic boats. In the last 15 years with the current owner she has had a new engine (2002), new teak decks (2006), a new hot water system, holding tank and new floors (2006).

Accommodation consists from forward:
Forward cabin has two comfortable berths, 2m long, with filler piece for maximum width. Stowage below berths. The inside of the hull is lined with mahogany. Shelves full lengths above berths.
Folding door between forward cabin and passage. Large wardrobe in passage on starboard side. On port side is a separate toilet room with pump WC. Adequate room to move freely. China wash basin, pump for fresh water, mirror, locker for clothes and toilet articles.
In the saloon on the port side is an L-shaped sofa 2m long, with hinged lift-up backrests to increase sleeping space. Above a bookshelf, lockers and stowage. On the starboard side is a straight sofa with stowage and shelves as on port side. Internal hull lined with mahogany. Between the berths a strong table 100 x 77 cm with folding sides. The centre of the table is stowage for bottles and other small items.
Next on the starboard side is the galley with gimballed gas cooker fitted with fiddle rails. Permanent tubing with shut-off valve for liquid gas from stove to gas cylinder. There is a stainless steel double sink, foot pump and a drained ice box , 70 litres. Working surface with teak finish resopal. Stowage for cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery etc. Fixed position for waste basket. On port side is the chart table and instrument panel with volt meter and freshwater and fuel gauge. Also fuses for various circuits.
Water and gastight separate stowage for anchor, warps and gas cylinder accessible by hatch on deck and drained overboard.
Mechanical and Rigging
General
The hull is reminiscent of the beautiful lines of a traditional Swedish fishing boat, but has a more pronounced keel. The 94 has a fuller hull than other HR designs and a canoe stern and a long keel.
The cockpit has a steering house, which has been available in two different versions with different angling of the wind screen.
The sail area is rather moderate for a 31 footer but she sails surprisingly well for her type. She tacks well even in a light breeze without help of the engine. There are HR 94s which have crossed the Atlantic.
Electrical Systems
There are three 12v 60amp batteries charge by alternator, shorepower and solar panel.
