Broker Remarks

"Lauren" is a lovely example of the world famous Contessa 32 . She has had one owner from new and has only been cruised never raced. This Jeremy Rogers design has stood the test of time and is as popular today as ever,  mainly for her renowned sailing performance and great stability.
She has a good suit of serviceable sailes which includes a new main in 2011 which is like new. Her cockpit teak was renewed in 2011 .



Accommodation

The Contessa 32 sleeps 6 .The forward cabin has a twin v berth with a fill in and a opening hatch plus storage.
The saloon table converts into a double with a single berth to starboard. The quarter berth is 7 ft and wide.
The heads are large with a wet locker and vanity storage unit. The galley area is well laid out and practical with an oven ,grill and two burners, sink and cool box storage.
